ABOUT ME

I have a passion for fitness, the outdoors and teaching others about those passions. I think if we can live each day fulfilling some of our passions that our life can take on meaning whether your passion is pursuing fitness, reading, artistic abilities or anything else that you are passionate about.
One of my biggest hopes is to pass on some of my passion to my step-son whom already loves being in the outdoors with his father and I as often as we can get away.

Working with those who are new to fitness or those with disabilities. I am passionate about spending the extra time to ensure my clients feel comfortable with their new regime and building the necessary skills to safely improve their health and physical abilities. I love helping transform someones life.

I believe that everyone can benefit from personal training whether you are looking for a program design or continuous one-on-one training. As a professional trainer I am here to help guide you through your workout experience and enhance that experience according to your fitness level.
Everyone has stresses and time crunches to contend with, the key to a healthy and happy life is to find the balance that works for you! As we go through life we need a balance of weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training as well as proper nutritional habits. Once we have achieved this balance there is no stopping us from achieving our fitness goals, let me help you find that balance!
