I have been a National & World Champion Powerlifter for years. I have competed in North American strongman competitions and organized strongman events in the Calgary area. My varied athletic background, as well as my personal training experience has built valuable wisdom to pass onto my clients. I believe in today’s fast paced society, we need an exercise program that maximizes results in the least amount of time.

HOBBIES

I have a real joy for physical fitness and recreational activities.

I am passionate about music and play guitar, harmonica and sing whenever I get chance .

I love going scuba diving and playing tennis with my wife, as well as skiing, hiking, camping & strength training.

During the last two months, I have been training three times per week with Morley Flood.

Since 1986, I have been suffering from arthritis/narrow disc space and spurring in my neck and being nauseated. Furthermore I have had problem with gagging probably caused by the Vagus nerve.

When I started there were several exercises I couldn’t do due to my health problems. I more or less started to only lift a broomstick and today I can lift 117 lbs and do a lot of the exercises, which I was not able to do a few months ago thanks to Morley Flood, who worked around my handicaps and managed to build up my strength in my neck, so today I feel better than I have done in the last 27 years.
