I have been involved in the fitness industry as a competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, strongman, and martial arts training, competing, and instructing.
I have also been a Personal Trainer for several including a management and mentorship role.
I believe that fitness is a lifetime endeavor. It is the element that contributes more than anything to your quality of life. fitness not only makes activities easier but contributes so much to confidence, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal power.
